The Role

We're looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to own our day-to-day payment operations and ensure transactions move seamlessly across our ecosystem. You'll play a key role in managing disputes, supporting merchants, improving operational processes, and working closely with payment partners to build a scalable operations function.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end chargeback and dispute operations—from evidence collection and filing to tracking and resolution.

  • Manage payment operations and merchant support to ensure smooth transaction workflows and timely issue resolution.

  • Build and improve SOPs that make payment operations more scalable, efficient, and reliable.

  • Partner with payment gateways, banking partners, merchants, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

  • Analyze payment and transaction data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce operational bottlenecks.



What we're looking for

  • 2–3 years of experience in payments operations, chargebacks, disputes, or merchant operations within fintech or payments.

  • Hands-on experience with chargeback management, payment workflows, and payment gateways.

  • Strong analytical skills with a high ownership mindset and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and driving process improvements independently.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
