The Role
We're looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to own our day-to-day payment operations and ensure transactions move seamlessly across our ecosystem. You'll play a key role in managing disputes, supporting merchants, improving operational processes, and working closely with payment partners to build a scalable operations function.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end chargeback and dispute operations—from evidence collection and filing to tracking and resolution.
Manage payment operations and merchant support to ensure smooth transaction workflows and timely issue resolution.
Build and improve SOPs that make payment operations more scalable, efficient, and reliable.
Partner with payment gateways, banking partners, merchants, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Analyze payment and transaction data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce operational bottlenecks.
What we're looking for
2–3 years of experience in payments operations, chargebacks, disputes, or merchant operations within fintech or payments.
Hands-on experience with chargeback management, payment workflows, and payment gateways.
Strong analytical skills with a high ownership mindset and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and driving process improvements independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
