The Role

We're looking for an Associate- Sales & Marketing to own and scale our top-of-funnel pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who has thrived in an early-stage or small-team environment and gets energized by hitting (and exceeding) pipeline targets.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute high-volume outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling (50–100+ dials/day) to generate qualified leads and book meetings

  • Research target industries, map accounts, and refine ICP and buyer personas — uncovering pain points, buying signals, and the right people to reach out to

  • Set up, manage, and optimize email and LinkedIn automation sequences using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Outreach, or similar

  • Source and enrich prospect lists, A/B test messaging and sequences, and continuously improve response and conversion rates


  • What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in demand generation, SDR/BDR, or outbound sales — preferably at an early-stage startup or on a small team where you owned outcomes end-to-end

  • Proven track record of high-volume cold calling — comfortable on the phone every day, handling objections in real time, and consistently booking meetings

  • Strong market research skills — able to identify ICP, build targeted account lists, and uncover buyer signals using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Clay

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email automation tools - Waalaxy, Instantly etc, plus demonstrable success generating qualified leads (bring numbers: meetings booked, response rates, SQLs sourced)
