  • We are not liable for delays or shortfalls caused by third-party institutions or incorrect user data.

  • You authorize us to manage or process funds related to eligible receivables based on prior agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or partner with third-party service providers such as analytics tools, payment processors, banks, or cloud infrastructure vendors. While we take care in vetting partners, Payport is not responsible for any disruption, delay, or damage caused by such third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, trademarks, and platform components remain the exclusive property of Payport or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Claim ownership of any part of the platform or its content.

  • Use our branding or logos without written consent.

  • Attempt to replicate or compete with our platform.

If you submit feedback or ideas, they become the property of Payport, and we may use them without attribution or compensation.

13. Termination and Suspension

  • There’s suspected fraudulent or harmful activity.

  • Your account remains inactive for more than 6 months.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us in writing. Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared.
