What you will own
Build a consistent, high-quality pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
Own outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Execute high-volume cold calling with strong conversion to meetings
Identify, research, and target high-potential Mid markets and enterprise accounts
Qualify leads based on defined ICP and hand off sales-ready opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on performance
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles with heavy linkedin outreach and cold calling exposure
Proven track record in outbound lead generation and meeting bookings
Strong communication and understanding of product
Ability to handle high activity volumes (calls, emails, follow-ups) daily
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
High ownership mindset with a bias for action
Good to have
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar
Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups
