What you will own

  • Build a consistent, high-quality pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team

  • Own outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and LinkedIn

  • Execute high-volume cold calling with strong conversion to meetings

  • Identify, research, and target high-potential Mid markets and enterprise accounts

  • Qualify leads based on defined ICP and hand off sales-ready opportunities

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on performance



What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles with heavy linkedin outreach and cold calling exposure

  • Proven track record in outbound lead generation and meeting bookings

  • Strong communication and understanding of product

  • Ability to handle high activity volumes (calls, emails, follow-ups) daily

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action



Good to have

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar

  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups
