xPay is a Y Combinator backed international payments company trusted by enterprises across India and Southeast Asia, including public companies and several consumer brands you likely use every day.
These businesses are increasingly moving their international volumes from billion dollar giants like Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay to xPay as we expand our footprint across 180+ countries and support 25+ currencies. Since January, we have grown 73× and now process over 1 million transactions every month.
While we have begun with inward remittances, our mission ultimately is to disrupt every cross border payment thread in a market that moves more than $200 trillion annually.
The Role
You will build the frontend that powers global transactions for thousands of merchants. Every screen you ship will directly influence how businesses across the world collect revenue. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who loves React, cares deeply about polished interfaces, and thrives in small, high ownership teams.
Eligibility
• 1-3 years of full-time/ internship experience
• Strong working knowledge of React, Typescript, Tailwind, and TanStack/React Query
• Experience in early stage product teams
What You'll Do:
Build the core interfaces that drive high scale, global payment flows
Contribute to and refine our design system to ensure visual consistency
Work with product and design teams to ship features rapidly from idea to production
Improve performance across the frontend through better patterns and architecture

Strong communication skills and ability to work well across teams
Basic backend understanding to work smoothly with APIs
Ability to break down problems into clean, structured frontend solutions
Strong sense of UX and visual design
