The Role

We’re looking for a Founders Office – Sales professional who will work directly with the founders to drive revenue, solve high-impact business problems, and scale our GTM engine. This is a high-ownership role that combines enterprise sales, strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational planning.
You will be involved in everything from leading enterprise conversations and closing strategic accounts to building internal sales processes, identifying growth opportunities, and helping shape the company’s revenue strategy as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of sales, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You Will Do

  • Work directly with founders on strategic sales and business initiatives

  • Lead enterprise and mid-market conversations, negotiations, and deal closures

  • Build and improve GTM processes, sales frameworks, and execution playbooks

  • Collaborate across product, growth, and operations teams to drive outcomes

  • Support scaling of the sales function through hiring and mentorship

What We Are Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, GTM, or Business Development

  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills

  • Prior founder, founders office, or early-stage startup experience preferred

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
