xPay is a Y Combinator backed international payments company trusted by enterprises across India and Southeast Asia, including public companies and several consumer brands you likely use every day.
These businesses are increasingly moving their international volumes from billion companies to xPay as we expand our footprint across 180+ countries and support 25+ currencies. Since January, we have grown 73× and now process over 1 million transactions every month.
While we have begun with inward remittances, our mission ultimately is to disrupt every cross border payment thread in a market that moves more than $200 trillion annually.
Eligibility
4-6 Years of Experience
Former founder or early team member at a startup
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
What you will own
Identify and validate high potential SMB segments that can scale on xPay
Bring SMBs onto the platform and act as the first point of ownership for their success
Track SMB performance, usage, and retention and iterate based on real world feedback
Build repeatable systems, workflows, and playbooks to make SMB onboarding and usage self serving within xPay
Work closely with product, engineering, operations, and compliance to translate SMB needs into scalable solutions
Design and execute initiatives to attract SMBs including community building, events, partnerships, and founder led outreach
Create feedback loops that inform product direction and go to market strategy for SMBs
Lay the foundation for a long term SMB motion that can scale without heavy sales dependency
