These businesses are increasingly moving their international volumes from billion companies to xPay as we expand our footprint across 180+ countries and support 25+ currencies. Since January, we have grown 73× and now process over 1 million transactions every month.

While we have begun with inward remittances, our mission ultimately is to disrupt every cross border payment thread in a market that moves more than $200 trillion annually.

Eligibility

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support (preferably B2B / fintech)

  • Prior startup experience is a must (team size ~30–40)

  • Experience handling enterprise customers across onboarding and post go-live

  • Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate

What you will own

  • Own end-to-end customer support for enterprise clients across calls, email, and chat

  • This includes queries from onboarding and integration to go-live and ongoing operations

  • Uphold our 10-minute SLA across all customer queries and ensure high quality responsiveness

  • Coordinate with Internal Tech, Finance and Product teams to solve customer issues

  • Build and leverage AI-driven workflows/tools to improve support efficiency and reduce resolution time

  • Build internal documentation, FAQs, and playbooks to improve support scalability

  • Identify recurring issues and work with product and engineering to improve the overall customer experience
