These businesses are increasingly moving their international volumes from billion dollar companies to xPay as we expand our footprint across 180+ countries and support 25+ currencies. Since January 2025, we have grown 73× and now process over 1 million transactions every month.
While we have begun with inward remittances, our mission ultimately is to disrupt every cross border payment thread in a market that moves more than $200 trillion annually.
The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive who will drive our revenue from new Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. You will work closely with the founders and sales leadership, taking ownership of stakeholder calls, leading negotiations, and supporting deal closures. Alongside this, you will ensure that our existing sales frameworks are executed effectively and continuously improved as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who has been a founder or part of a founding team, has early-stage startup experience, and enjoys both execution and planning.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with founders and sales team on stakeholder calls and negotiations
Lead high-value conversations and deal closures with large merchants
Drive strategy and planning for sales processes and GTM frameworks
Build sales team with junior sales and growth team members
What We Are Looking For
4–6 years of experience in sales - Ideally in Enterprise & Midmarket
Strong skills in negotiations, stakeholder management, and deal structuring
Ex-founder or early-stage startup experience strongly preferred
Deep Product understanding
Experience designing processes and leading small teams
Ability to balance hands-on execution with long-term planning
Comfort with fast-paced, high-ownership environments
