The Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead who can build a strong hiring engine from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early stage environments, enjoys partnering across teams, and knows how to find and close top talent across both technical and non technical roles.

What You Will Do

  • Drive hiring for engineering and non engineering roles across the company

  • Build and manage a full cycle recruiting process from sourcing through closing

  • Develop sourcing strategies that consistently bring strong candidates into the pipeline

  • Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and selection criteria

  • Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the process

  • Track hiring progress and share insights that improve decision making and speed

  • Set best practices for interviewing, assessments, and offer processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience hiring in an early stage startup environment

  • Strong sourcing skills with a history of closing difficult roles

  • Proven success managing the entire hiring lifecycle

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast changing environment
