xPay is a Y Combinator backed international payments company trusted by enterprises across India and Southeast Asia, including public companies and several consumer brands you likely use every day.
These businesses are increasingly moving their international volumes from billion dollar companies to xPay as we expand our footprint across 180+ countries and support 25+ currencies. Since January, we have grown 73× and now process over 1 million transactions every month.
While we have begun with inward remittances, our mission ultimately is to disrupt every cross border payment thread in a market that moves more than $200 trillion annually.
The Role
You will own enterprise merchant activation and expansion at xPay. This role is focused on onboarding, activating, and scaling high-impact enterprise merchants who directly drive the company’s Total Processing Volume (TPV) and revenue growth.
You will work closely with enterprise merchants to understand their needs, remove onboarding friction, and unlock growth opportunities, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, tech, and business teams to influence priorities and deliver impactful solutions. This role works at the intersection of revenue, product, and customer success — and will directly shape how fast xPay scales its enterprise business.
Eligibility
2-4 years of B2B experience
Preferred: Background in Product Management or Founder's Office roles
Technical proficiency is a must
Bonus: Startup experience
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
What You Will Own
• Own enterprise merchant activation and TPV growth in India
• Manage the full merchant lifecycle — onboarding to scale
• Act as the primary POC for key enterprise accounts
• Drive activation and revenue growth strategies
• Translate customer insights into product improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove onboarding friction
• Track metrics and continuously optimize merchant performance
