Our mission is simple: make international payments as easy as domestic ones.

We are looking for a Growth Lead who will drive our sales strategy and processes. You will work closely with the founders and sales leadership, taking ownership of stakeholder calls, leading negotiations, and supporting deal closures. Alongside this, you will ensure that our existing sales frameworks are executed effectively and continuously improved as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone who has been a founder or part of a founding team, has early-stage startup experience, and enjoys both execution and planning.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with founders and sales team on stakeholder calls and negotiations

  • Lead high-value conversations and support deal closures with large merchants

  • Drive strategy and planning for sales processes and GTM frameworks

  • Work on cross-functional projects with product, tech, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ramp-up

  • Provide mentorship to junior sales and growth team members

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, growth, or business strategy

  • Ex-founder or early-stage startup experience strongly preferred

  • Strong skills in negotiations, stakeholder management, and deal structuring

  • Experience designing processes and leading small teams

  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with long-term planning

  • Comfort with fast-paced, high-ownership environments
