Our mission is simple: make international payments as easy as domestic ones.

We’re looking for a Growth Associate who will be at the frontlines of our sales engine. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, running first calls and product demos, and ensuring merchants are onboarded smoothly.

This is a high-ownership role where execution speed matters more than long processes. If you’ve been a founder, part of a founding team, or worked in an early-stage startup, you’ll feel right at home.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the top of the funnel: Drive outreach, qualify leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospects

  • First Calls & POCs: Run discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and get buy-in from key stakeholders.

  • Onboarding: Coordinate with product and tech to get merchants live quickly.

  • Tech Solutioning: Understand customer issues, identify the true pain point, translate needs into clear feature requests, and communicate them effectively to the engineering team

  • Process Building: Work with founders to refine playbooks and improve conversion.

  • Cross-team Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, growth, or partnerships.

  • Early-stage startup experience (ex-founder / founding team strongly preferred).

  • Ability to understand product/tech concepts and explain them simply.

  • A doer’s mindset: you move fast and don’t let blockers stop you.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
