What You'll Do:
Build scalable backend systems processing millions of transactions
Integrate with payment providers, banks, and fraud detection systems
Work directly with founders on product architecture and roadmap
Ensure high reliability and security across all services
What We're Looking For:
2-5 years backend experience with Java and Spring Boot
Strong skills in: distributed systems, databases, APIs
Experience with: Mongo DB, AWS
Mindset: High ownership, attention to detail, fast-paced environment
Bonus: Experience as an ex-CTO or founding engineer in a fast-moving startup
