What You’ll Do

  • Manage xPay’s entire finance function end to end

  • Track lakhs of transactions across cards, wallets, BNPL, and bank transfers

  • Own reconciliation processes across banks, processors, and internal systems

  • Reconcile payments, fees, commissions, and merchant payouts

  • Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and internal dashboards

  • Work with banks, payment partners, and auditors for compliance

  • Build and improve internal finance systems and reporting tools

  • Ensure accuracy, accountability, and audit-readiness at scale

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or CA

  • Familiarity with cross-border accounting, FX, and regulatory filings is a bonus

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in a finance or accounting role

  • Strong skills in reconciliation, reporting, and handling large data sets

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you know SQL

  • Comfortable with accounting tools (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, etc.)

  • Solid grasp of GST, TDS, and financial compliance

  • Mindset: High ownership, attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced startup

  • Bonus: Prior payments/fintech experience
