The Role

As an Finance Operations Executive, you will own the day to day finance operations that keep the company running smoothly. This role is execution focused and ensures accuracy, compliance, and discipline across accounting, payments, invoicing, and statutory requirements.

You will work closely with internal teams, external accountants, consultants, and auditors to ensure financial operations are reliable, timely, and well documented.

Eligibility

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or compliance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field / CA qualification

  • Hands on exposure to GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances

  • Comfortable working with Excel and accounting tools

  • In Bangalore or willing to relocate

What you will own

Accounting and Bookkeeping

  • Coordinate with in house and external accountants to ensure books of accounts are accurate and up to date

  • Review accounting entries, ledgers, and supporting documents on a regular basis

  • Ensure timely monthly and annual book closures

  • Maintain proper documentation and organized filing of financial records

Payments

  • Execute and manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments

  • Track payment schedules to ensure there are no delays or misses

  • Monitor bank balances and ensure sufficient funds for day to day operations

  • Coordinate with banks for routine operational requirements

Compliance and Statutory Filings

  • Ensure timely compliance with applicable laws and regulations including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and others as applicable

  • Coordinate with external consultants for statutory filings, returns, and ongoing compliances

  • Maintain compliance calendars and track all due dates

  • Support company secretarial compliances such as ROC filings and board related documentation through consultants

Invoicing and Receivables

  • Ensure customer invoices are raised accurately and on time

  • Track collections and follow up on pending receivables

  • Reconcile invoices, receipts, and bank statements

Audit Support

  • Support statutory and internal audits by providing required data and documentation

  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audit periods

Day to Day Finance Operations

  • Handle routine finance and accounting operational queries

  • Work closely with internal teams for finance related coordination

  • Support basic MIS preparation without heavy financial analysis
