The Role
What You’ll Do
Lead the entire spectrum of design work—from UI/UX to visual identity, graphics, and branding—across both web and mobile platforms
Develop visual assets, product interfaces, and marketing collateral that reflect the brand and product vision
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn complex ideas into intuitive, delightful user experiences
Conduct user research, iterate quickly based on feedback, and take your projects from concept to execution
Help define xPay’s design philosophy, color scheme, and ethos as the first design hire
Create pitch decks, sales collateral, and marketing content for platforms like LinkedIn and external presentations
Who You Are
1–3 years of hands-on design experience (startup/fast-paced environments preferred)
Versatile across UI/UX, graphic, and product design—ready to tackle a variety of challenges
Proficient with Figma, Framer, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools
Comfortable taking charge of ambiguous problems, with a hustle mindset
Open-minded, proactive, and an excellent communicator
Deeply motivated to contribute on a founding team
Bonus Points
Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
Familiarity with design systems or basic front-end
Prior early-stage or founding team experience
