xPay is a Y Combinator backed international payments company trusted by enterprises across India and Southeast Asia, including public companies and several consumer brands you likely use every day.
These businesses are increasingly moving their international volumes from billion dollar companies to xPay as we expand our footprint across 180+ countries and support 25+ currencies. Since January, we have grown 73× and now process over 1 million transactions every month.
While we have begun with inward remittances, our mission ultimately is to disrupt every cross border payment thread in a market that moves more than $200 trillion annually.
Eligibility
1–3 years of product design experience
Experience working in a B2B product company
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
What You Will Own
End-to-end product design: from core payment flows to new feature launches
Design system: establish and evolve xPay's design language for scale
Marketing website: brand consistency and conversion-focused UX
Campaign assets: social media, LinkedIn, product launches
User voice: influence product strategy through research, data, and intuition
Who You Are
You have a strong UI/UX sense
You think in terms of products, not just screens, and enjoy solving problems from first principles
You are comfortable owning end-to-end design, from problem definition to final execution
You can translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
