What You'll Do:

  • Become an expert on xPay’s product, integrations, and payment flows

  • Act as the first point of contact for merchants’ technical queries and troubleshooting

  • Work closely with engineering to resolve issues and deliver quick, accurate solutions

  • Assist customers with onboarding, integration, and best practices to ensure high success rates

  • Maintain documentation and FAQs to make problem-solving faster for customers

  • Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to improve features and processes

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., customer success, solutions engineering, technical support)

  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and common integration methods

  • Beginner to intermediate coding skills (e.g., reading and understanding code snippets, basic debugging, writing simple scripts)

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bonus: Experience in payments, fintech, or working with Indian payment gateways like Razorpay, PayU, or Cashfree
