What You'll Do:
Become an expert on xPay’s product, integrations, and payment flows
Act as the first point of contact for merchants’ technical queries and troubleshooting
Work closely with engineering to resolve issues and deliver quick, accurate solutions
Assist customers with onboarding, integration, and best practices to ensure high success rates
Maintain documentation and FAQs to make problem-solving faster for customers
Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to improve features and processes
What We're Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., customer success, solutions engineering, technical support)
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and common integration methods
Beginner to intermediate coding skills (e.g., reading and understanding code snippets, basic debugging, writing simple scripts)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus: Experience in payments, fintech, or working with Indian payment gateways like Razorpay, PayU, or Cashfree
